Political, Common Core Literacy and Comprehension Skills

In many videos such as the one by Benny Johnson at the Blaze, he, as others have queried young college students about who they’re standing in line to vote for and why. He asks a number of questions that would seem obvious to anyone waiting two to seven hours to cast a ballot. The responses would be hilarious if there wasn’t so much at stake from the biggest election loss young Americans have seen in their lifetime. Truly interesting is the cavalier attitude that the students apply to answering the questions incorrectly. They don’t know the answers and aren’t a bit perturbed to admit that sad fact. The reasons that they give for voting for Obama are straight out of the DNC’s talking points playbook.

What is evidenced by this video and the others is that Republicans don’t have just a messaging problem. Most Democrat voters don’t even know what the Republican’s and/or the Democrat’s true message is! The lack of information doesn’t end there. Additionally, Obama voters are uninformed as to what their party’s true attributes, Party Platform are, and how government functions. None of the students in this video and the many others, bothered to mention spending, where they stood on it, or their feelings on increasing taxes to pay for said spending.

Research numbers using data from the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, one on one interviews, online Surveys/Inqueries. Not limited to people with a bachelors degree who were ages 18 and above from 2007-2012, the Surveys/Inquiries included White Collar and Blue Collar, Unemployed (includes prostitutes, drug addicts and a few questionables) and just the average American. Within this group no controll for age, race, Hispanic and immigrant status, detailed geographic location, college major and/or occupation. Common Core Literacy and comprehension skills for young college grads drops to around 10 percent, in comparison to the common person studing, learning on their own.

Funding for Planned Parenthood was mentioned, but not in the context of being something that they were willing to pay higher taxes for. This is a major intentional messaging strategy for the Democrats. If they keep their voters uninformed on most issues and trumpet the hot button false issues; like “Pay Equality” for women, free contraception, free phones, no one will notice as we catapult off the cliff into bankruptcy, Socialism and Illiteracy.

The surprising stats now. we tried to keep it simple by percentages, and numbers of people by state queried. Yes, we know the Democrats/Liberals have no use for facts (but they sure like to “CHANGE” them), figures, stats or Honest information. And no we didn’t like the results – scary.

Will Anti-Americans/Democrats Booing GOD Cost Soetoro The Election?

What a weird Anti-American/Democratic National Convention! The two most popular speakers by far — Michelle oBUMa and Bill Clinton — aren’t running for office. And the man who is supposed to be the Master Orator of the 21st Century, Barry Soetoro, gave one of the flattest, most disappointing talks of his career.

More on that in a moment. First, I’ll discuss what had to be the strangest moment of a very strange convention: The bungled effort to change the ANTI-American/Democratic Party platform after it had been approved.

It all began when the people framing the party platform decided to delete all references to GOD. If allowed to stand, it would have marked the first time the Creator was not acknowledged in the platform of either major political party.

When the omission sparked a ton of media comments and Libertarian/Republican criticism, word came down from LOW — the Soetoro White House — that the platform had to be amended — immediately

Antonio Villaraigosa, the Mayor of Los Angeles, was serving as chairman of the convention when the effort was made to put GOD back in the platform. He read the new language(?), then called for a voice vote to approve it. He told the assembled delegates that the change had to be approved by a two-thirds majority.

When he called for the “ayes” and “nays,” he and the assembled multitude got quite a shock. The “ayes” didn’t get anywhere near the two-thirds approval necessary. Many commentators who were there in person thought that the “nays” actually got more votes.

Then Villaraigosa did something that was really stupid. He called for a second voice vote. The same thing happened again. If anything, the “nays” were even louder. Then the poor guy called for a third vote. The shouting got even more boisterous, but the results were the same. If the “nays” weren’t a majority, they sure kept the “ayes” from a two-thirds approval.

At that point, Villaraigosa looked like a deer caught in the headlights. Not knowing what else to do, he declared that the measure had passed, thanked the delegates and banged his gavel (just as the ANTI-Amercans always do – ignore the majority).

Officially, GOD is now in the ANTI-American/Democratic platform against their votes. But, in fact, His presence there was roundly booed by a heck of a lot of Anti-Americans/Democrats at their national convention. If the Libertarians/Republicans don’t remind potential voters about this a few hundred times between now and the elections, they’re making a huge mistake.

Political conventions are supposed to be more carefully scripted than a big-budget movie. Every speech is vetted several times (unless you’re Clinton or Michelle oBUMa). Every moment is carefully planned — especially those in the prime-time hours on national TV.

So what the heck happened in Charlotte, N.C.? It’s hard to tell who screwed up, but somebody did — big time.

By the way, this wasn’t the only misstep at the ANTI-Americans’ gathering. There was another lulu on opening night, when a Hollywood-style video greeted delegates with the news that “government is the only thing we all belong to.(?)” Republicans immediately countered by pointing out that we don’t belong to government; government belongs to us (in theory, at least).

Clinton and Michelle oBUMa helped the ANTI-Americans recover a lot of ground. Although I’m not sure Clinton did Soetoro a favor when he reminded delegates that nobody could have kept all of the promises Soeotor made four years ago. But no matter; the party faithfully loves the guy. I’m sure many of them regret he couldn’t duplicate any President (i.e. Franklin D. Roosevelt’s) record and run for third and fourth terms.

Finally, we got to Thursday night, when it was time for Barry  Soetoro to take center stage. Many people expected him to be as impassioned and inspiring as he was four years ago. By all accounts, he failed decisively. Former Ronald Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan described his speech as “stale and empty.” FOX News commentator Charles Krauthammer agreed, saying it was “one of the emptiest speeches I have ever heard on a national stage.”

But the criticism didn’t come only from the right. Liberal Communist Michael Tomasky, writing in the left-wing Daily Beast, called Soetoro’s speech “dull and pedestrian… with nary an interesting thematic device, police detail, or even one turn of phrase.” Many of the ANTI-American/Democratic MEDIA OWNED commentators on television agreed afterward that Soetoro’s speech left a gigantic “enthusiasm deficit.” Some even admitted that Joe Biden gave a better speech.

So what happens now? Videos of all those angry faces booing GOD will become as commonplace as Soetoro’s insulting comment to entrepreneurs that “you didn’t build that.”

Sure, the issue of Deporting/Impeaching Barry Soetoro will remain the No. 1 issue in American voters’ minds (as it should be). But a heck of a lot of voters cares about values, too. A substantial majority does not like the idea of putting no limits on Baby Killings, demanding that voters pay for them and not notifying parents when a daughter who is a minor wants one.

And in virtually every State where it’s been put on the ballot, including the People’s Republic of California, a majority of voters has declared that marriage is a union of one man and one woman. Make the election about these issues and the Libertarians or the Republicans should not only win the vote, they should also keep control of the House and regain a majority in the Senate.

I’m not foolish enough to believe that such electoral victories will lead easily or automatically to fiscal sanity in Washington or end the influence of the empire-builders who think the United States should be the police of the world. The Republicans in the past had a lot of gusto for both guns and butter. They can ladle out the pork just as eagerly as any ANTI-American/Democrat.

But let’s never forget that our Founding Fathers wisely put the power of the purse in the House of Representatives. The Constitution insists that every spending bill originate there. If the House won’t approve it, the President can’t spend it. Period, niether can Barry Soetoro.

Yes, there will be some tumultuous times before we finally get government back under control. But come this November, we have an OBLIGATION to take some significant steps in the right direction. Let’s make sure we do so.

New Federal Power – Be Un-Constitutional

Of the 17 lawyers who have served as chief justice of the United States, John Marshall — the fourth chief justice — has come to be known as the “Great Chief Justice.” The folks who have given him that title are the Anti-progressives (that dare to call themselfs progressives) who have largely re-written the history we are taught in government schools. They revere him because he is the ignorant progenitor of federal power.

Marshall’s opinions over a 34-year period during the nation’s infancy — expanding federal power at the expense of personal freedom and the sovereignty of the states — set a pattern for federal control of our lives and actually invited Congress to regulate areas of human behavior nowhere mentioned in the Constitution. He was Thomas Jefferson’s cousin, but they rarely spoke. No chief justice in history has so pronouncedly and creatively offered the feds power on a platter as he.

Now he has a rival.

No one can know the true motivations for the idiosyncratic rationale in the health care decision written by Marshall’s current successor, John Roberts. Often five member majorities on the court are fragile, and bizarre compromises are necessary in order to keep a five-member majority from becoming a four-member minority. Perhaps Chief INJustice Roberts really means what he wrote — that congressional power to tax is without constitutional limit(?) — and his opinion is a faithful reflection of that view, without a political or legal or intra-court agenda. But that view finds no support in the Constitution or our history. It even contradicts the most famous of Marshall’s big government aphorisms: “The power to tax is the power to destroy.”

The reasoning underlying the 5 to 4 majority opinion is the court’s unprecedented pronouncement that Congress’ power to tax is unlimited. The majority held that the THEFT of thousands of dollars per year by the IRS from individuals who do not have health insurance is not a fine(?), not a punishment(?), not a payment for government-provided health insurance(?), not a shared responsibility(?) — all of which the statute says it is — but rather is an inducement in the form of a tax(?).

In one of the most egregious examples of judicial activism in the history of the United States Supreme Court, Wealthcare/obamaCare was ruled constitutional(?) last Thursday. But you and I know better. We understand that the federal government was never given – and does not have – the authority to force individuals to purchase a product in the private sector. While the Court ruled the individual mandate is unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution, it claimed the law is constitutional as a taxing power of the Constitution. The novel aspect of this ruling is that this tax is the first in American history that does not require any positive action your part. The only requirement for this tax to apply to you is that you are alive.

To my knowledge, this is the first tax on breathing that has ever been imposed.

236 years ago Thomas Jefferson and a small band of brave patriots declared that the long train of abuses and usurpations committed by King George III against the American colonies were too much to bear. They took the extraordinary step of declaring their independence from the British Empire, risking their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to be free.

Today, we’re asking patriotic Americans to Declare their Independence from Barry Soetoro’s obamaCare.

In his immortal document, Jefferson listed the British abuses:

  • King George/obama refused to obey the law
  • He/obama created new agencies and sent enforcement officers to take the property of the American people
  • He/obama imposed taxes without the consent of the people
  • He/obama fundamentally altered the government of America

The HATE Group-HomoMANsexual Lobby took a very large step forward in their pursuit of the Gay Bill of Special Rights.

For the first time in over three years, the complete and entire Gay Bill of Special Rights has come up for discussion in a US Senate Committee.

Recently key portions of the bill have been pushed forward, but not the entire bill at once. Inching in their subversive act.

The Gay Bill of Special Rights, officially titled the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, has only one purpose:

To give homoMANsexuals and transOPPOSITE SIDEsexuals superior status.

Numerous experts testified before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee that the Gay Bill of Special Rights would instantly harm American employers.

For the first time in history, an individual’s sexual activity will be relevant to their employment.

And if a company turns a homoMANsexual applicant away?

They would be risking a Fraudulent Federal lawsuit… they might even be shut down for good.

Even churches that reject homoMANsexuality will be targeted.

Using the Gay Bill of Special Rights, radical Hateful homoMANsexual activists will force one church after another to embrace the homoMANsexual lifestyle, or risk becoming outlawed.

They would even be forced to ordain radical homoMANsexuals as ministers(?)!

With the Thought Control Bill already in place, homoMANsexuals have already taken steps to strip pro-Family and devout Christian Americans of their 1st Amendment religious rights.

Just last week, I wrote you about the Christian photography company in New Mexico who were charged with a crime(?) for refusing to endorse an illegal homoMANsexual “wedding(?).”

And if the Gay Bill of Special Rights is passed, not hiring or even firing homoMANsexuals or transOPPOSITE SIDEsexuals will become a federal crime(?).

Threat to American Constitutional First Amendment Rights

“GAY is an EMOTION, NOT a Life Style Choice!”

“HomoMANsexuals are a protected class.”(?)

It is terrifying how calmly Tim Garcia of the New Mexico Anti-Law Court of Appeals uttered these words.

With one sentence, he set an Illegal precedent that will be used to strip Loving, Honest, Just Americans of their U.S. Constitutionally protected religious freedoms across this nation.

He ruled that a Christian photography company did not have the right(?) to use their U.S. Constitutional, First Amendment religious freedoms Rights to refuse to photograph a homoMANsexual “wedding(?)” ceremony.

It didn’t matter that New Mexico legally defines marriage as one man and one woman, and that the homoMANsexual “wedding(?)” is outside the law.

And it didn’t matter that Jonathan and Elaine Hugeunin are both devout, Loving Christians who find perverse homoMANsexual “marriage(?)” to be unnatural and offensive.

Their First Amentment Rights of the U.S. Constitution did not matter because:

“HomoMANsexuals are a protected HATE/Criminal class.”(?)

According to the ANTI-American HATE courts, when the Loving photographers refused to give their blessing to an illegal, perverse and immoral ceremony, Jonathan and Elaine committed a Hate(?) Crime.

This is exactly the HATE and Perversion threat, Public Advocate and I have been warning Loving Americans about for decades.

The ANTI-American, HATE courts and the perverted government have created a second standard by which the actions of homoMANsexuals — and the actions of mainstream Americans towards homoMANsexuals — are judged.

The owners of Elane Photography did NOT hurt anyone.  Or damage anything.

They committed no crime.

They just said “No to a hate group.”

But the ANTI-Constitutional courts have mis-ruled that homoMANsexual “rights(?)” are more important than AMERICAN U.S. Constitutional First Amendment religious freedoms.

The WANNA-BE judge actually said that homoMANsexuals are entitled(?) to greater protections than small children!

At the heart of this ruling is the Thought Control Bill Obama signed into ANTI-law his first year in office; a bill Public Advocate fought tooth-and-nail to stop.

It states that any unfavorable act against a homoMANsexual is a hate crime.(?) Thats right they want to control your opinions as well!!

And it is just the start.

If the HomoMANsexual Bill of Special Rights is ever passed, homoMANsexuals will become the true super-HATE-power in America.

I am proud to say that Public Advocate has led fight against the HATEFUL homoMANsexual Bill of Special Rights more times than I can remember.

The radical HATEFUL HomoMANsexual Lobby has been trying to pass it for decades, but you and I have stopped them every time.

And with the most pro-HATE/homoMANsexual WANNA-BE presidents in history, I know — with your help — TRUE LOVING AMERICANs can hold off the Anti-American HATE this year too.

SPLC’s HATE-filled attack on Americans

Public Advocate is once again under attack in national news.

You see, the radical HomoMANsexual Lobby has specifically targeted Public Advocate for destruction.

They want us shut down for good.

They have demanded you and Eugene Delgaudio stop all operations… that Eugene Delgaudio step down from all public roles… that we cease to talk about the radical homoMANsexual agenda entirely.

Silenced.  Disbanded.  Destroyed.

It wasn’t that long ago that the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) launched an online petition to have Public Advocate banned from the internet — banned from sending any emails at all.

But now the HomoMANsexual Lobby has upped the ante through their allies at the Southern Poverty Law(?) Center (SPLC).

According to the “HATE GROUP SPLC”, Public Advocate is the hate group.

They claim that our defense of true marriage and traditional morals is an act of hate and offensive to homoMANsexuals.

They have placed Public Advocate on its ERRONEOUS Watch List and announced to every radical HATE GROUP, homoMANsexual and sympathizer that Eugene Delgaudio has to be stopped at all cost.

With our looming victory in Tennessee and the growing fights for real marriage in Maryland, Washington and California — we have become Enemy #1.

And now even silencing us is not safe enough for them.

With the SPLC leading the charge, they want to destroy Public Advocate once and for all.

You see, Southern Poverty Law Center has literally written the book on discrediting TRUTH/LOVE/conservative groups.

They label anyone who disagrees with the ever-changing Liberal HATE Agenda as the “hatemongers” or “evil.”

Now they are focused on you and Eugene Delgaudio because the HomoMANsexual/HATE Lobby has become increasingly central to the SPLC’s mission.

They want to destroy any belief in morality, or traditional families, or even in gender — and they have as much as $168 million in assets.

It is heartbreaking to see how much cash they command. But it is nothing less than a sign of GOD’s favor that you and Eugene Delgaudio are holding them off with only a fraction of the resources.

It is up to you and me to fight them every time; for every classroom… for every Church… for every family.

But now they are beating their war drums and gathering their army — and they are finding many cohorts.

With the SPLC’s declaration of war, the entire radical Liberal HATE Lobby is taking aim at Eugene Delgaudio.

Big Media has taken SPLC’s side — repeating the same unfounded accusations and outright lies — while leaders in the Democrat Party have launched public smear campaigns against Eugene Delgaudio personally.

They want to destroy Eugene Delgaudio credibility and the American mission.

And so I have a personal request of you today.

The SPLC and their allies have demanded that Eugene Delgaudio stop talking to you about their HATE agenda.

I could never do that…

But they have also demanded that Public Advocate cease all fundraising operations.

And so Eugene Delgaudio is asking you, right here and right now, to give them your answer.

Will you tell them no?

Radical ANTI-American activist judge in VA‏

A radical ANTI-American/homoMANsexual activist has just been appointed judge in Virginia, despite the state’s legislature’s adamant rejection of his qualifications.

And Governor Bob McDonnell (VA-R) applauded it!

Here’s the full story:

About a month ago Public Advocate won a major victory in Virginia when thousands led the charge to remove Tracy Thorne’s name from the list of judicial nominees.

You see, Thorne has a track record of more than 20 years of radical ANTI-American/homoMANsexual activism.

He sued the Department of Defense to remove Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.

And he is pretending to be in a homoMANsexual “marriage” despite Virginia’s law marriage as only one man and one woman.  He’s even taken his “husband’s(?)” name (two WRONGs DON’T make a right, two husbands DO NOT make a Husband) — styling himself Thorne-Begland — in a pretense of true marriage!

And despite all common sense, the ready-to-compromise conservatives(?) in Virginia’s House of Delegates were willing to give this man a judge’s bench to serve on…

With one ruling this man could have legalized homoMANsexual “marriage” in the state.

Thankfully Del. Bob Marshall sent out an alert to pro-Family Virginias and this nomination was derailed through an intense grassroots phone-in campaign — spearheaded by Public Advocate.

You and I won that round, but the HomoMANsexual Lobby found a loophole.

Despite the fact that Mr. Tracy Thorne was declared unfit by Virginia legislators, Chief Judge Richard Taylor just appointed him to the exact seat he was previously denied!

This move, while not technically illegal, is nothing less than an end-run around the legislators and the will of the people.

It is absolutely disgusting.

And it should be condemned.

But Governor Bob McDonnell immediately released a statement applauding the move!

“Mr. Thorne(Begland?) is well-qualified to serve on the bench.  [I] congratulate him on the appointment.”

Gov. McDonnell is sorely out of touch with the America people.

The very pro-American Family Virginians that he claims to represent fought tooth and nail to deny this self-serving ANTI-American a place of judicial power.

And now he has the gall to ignore everything you and I did!

But there is even more to this fight my friend.

You can also let him know this judicial fight is not over.

Right now there is no legal venue for anyone to challenge Mr. Thorne’s appointment as judge…

…But his position expires if it not confirmed by the next meeting of Virginia’s General Assembly.
